Making A Claim

At pet2insure, we realise that at the time of making a claim you may already be in quite a stressful situation, so it is our aim to manage your claim as quickly and as easily as possible.

Some of the most popular insurance companies can suddenly become distant and unhelpful once you need to make a claim. At pet2insure, we will make sure the opposite is the case. It is your absolute right, to make a claim as part of your contract of insurance. We will assist you and your Vet to ensure the whole claims process runs smoothly.

With this in mind, our claims process has been designed so that it simply requires you to fill in a form, supply invoices and supporting documentation from your vet, and we will process your claim quickly and efficiently.

HOW TO CLAIM

::	Before your pet is treated you must make sure that your vet is prepared to provide us with the information we need to support your claim
::	Claims submitted without supporting documentation may be returned and ineligible for payment
::	All original reciepts will be required in order to support the claim
::	Please be sure to sign the declaration at the bottom of this claim form
